Chicken Liver

Large onions

Tomato Puree

paste of fried Onions and coconut

Preparation
Process of Chicken Liver Recipe:
- Pour some oil in a pan and heat oil.
- Add mustard seeds along with that and also add chopped garlic pieces & curry leaves.
- Then add the onions in it and fry till all the onions turn soft and little brown colour appeared.
- Now add the coconut onion paste into the pan and fry for 5 more mins till all get mix well.
- Add salt, red chilli powder , turmeric powder and tomato purie to the fried mixture and stir well.
- Now fry for 5 mins till the oil oozes out of the curry in the pan.
- Now add chicken masala powder 1 spoon , liver pieces and also add little amount of water and stir well after adding all the ingredients said above and stir well and close the lid for 10 mins.
- After 10 mins remove lid and check for the consistency of the curry.
- Finally add chopped coriander for extra taste and also add green chilli pieces with some onion/lime and etc..
- Now off the stove and serve hot.
