Ingredients:

Preparation of Meat
Pickle Recipe:
- Take a bowl and mix meat with 2 tsp vinegar, salt, and water.
- Cook the mixture until it almost dries up.
- Transfer it to another big container.
- Take a pan, pour some oil and heat it up.
- Fry the garlic, ginger, green chilies, red chili powder, and curry
leaves slightly till the ingredients turn into light brown.
- Add the garlic mixture to the meat mixture.
- Mix well with a large spoon or a clean long stick, until all the
spices are mixed evenly with the meat.
- Now add the remaining vinegar.
- Cover the container with a lid and keep aside.
- Give time to the pickle to gain the taste of a spicy Meat Pickle
