Meat Pickle Recipe Ingredients:

Red Meat 
 1 kg
Vinegar
200 ml
Chopped Ginger
200 g
Diced Garlic
50 g
Green Chilies
4
Red Chili Powder
3 tbsp
Ginger Oil
2 tbsp
Curry Leaves
-
Salt
As per Requirement

Preparation of Meat Pickle Recipe:
  • Take a bowl and mix meat with 2 tsp vinegar, salt, and water.
  • Cook the mixture until it almost dries up.
  • Transfer it to another big container.
  • Take a pan, pour some oil and heat it up.
  • Fry the garlic, ginger, green chilies, red chili powder, and curry leaves slightly till the ingredients turn into light brown.
  • Add the garlic mixture to the meat mixture. 
  • Mix well with a large spoon or a clean long stick, until all the spices are mixed evenly with the meat.
  • Now add the remaining vinegar.
  • Cover the container with a lid and keep aside.
  • Give time to the pickle to gain the taste of a spicy Meat Pickle
