Tindis Ingredients :
- Oil – 6 Tablespoons (For Deep Fry)
- Tindi – 250 Grams
- Salt – 2 Teaspoons
- Turmeric – ½ tea spoon
- Red chilli Powder – 1 and half tea spoon
- Rice flour – 1 tea spoon
- Corn Flour – 1 tea spoon
- Besan – 1 tea spoon
- Ginger garlic paste – 1 tea spoon
- Cumin seeds Powder – 1 tea spoon
- Coriander Powder – 1 tea spoon
- Seasoning Ingredients – Mustard seeds, red chillies, bengal gram seeds, curry leaves and 5 garlic cloves

Mix salt, turmeric, rice flour,
corn flour, besan, red chilli powder, cumin seeds powder and coriander powder
Add Ginger garlic paste to the mixture and stir it thoroughly.
