>> First Boil a cup of Rice & keep aside
>> Heat
oil in a pan & fry Red Chilles for few seconds
>> Add
Mustard seeds, split Bengal gram, Cashews, black gram and peanuts
>> Cook
on medium flame for half a minute (without burning)
>> Add
chopped ginger, curry leaves, chopped green chillies, Asafoetida, salt and
turmeric powder
>> Turn
off the stove after 2 minutes, add lime juice to the tempering and mix it with
the precooked boiled rice.

garnish with some fresh coriander leaves & eat HOT
